As an avid Motocross rider, training with James was a game-changer for me. The workouts were brutally tough, but since learning to program my lifting with him, my endurance on the track is at a whole different level. I can ride for longer times and distances, and stay on the track until I’ve done every jump I wanted to on a given day. It’s also nice knowing my body is bombroofed from many potential injuries.
